Kasoa Assemblywoman appealed for togetherness

Kasoa (C/R), March 16, GNA-The Assemblywoman for Kasoa Electoral Area, Miss Rejoice Adjo Bensah has appealed to the people of Kasoa to come together and contribute towards the provision of social amenities for the fasting growing town.
She said Kasoa, with a population of over 75,000, lack social amenities including public places of convenien, good drinking, schools, roads and hospitals.
Miss Bensah made the appeal in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Kasoa on Thursday.
She underscored the need for the various ethnic, religious and political groups residing in Kasoa and its surrounding communities to cultivate the spirit of nationalism and patriotism towards the development of the town.
According to her it is only through unity and cooperation that the people would be able to provide themselves with some of the basic necessities since the government alone could not shoulder all the responsibilities.
She said her doors are open to everybody, including the chiefs and Assembly Members who have good ideas and suggestions towards the development of the town.
