Orientation seminar for service personnel in AOB district

Breman Asikuma (C/R) Feb.9, GNA - The District Chief Executive for the Asikuma Odoben-Brakwa, Mr. Emmanuel Adjei Doomson has appealed to service personnel to lead lives worthy of emulation by the youth of communities they are working in.The DCE made the appeal at a one day orientation seminar organised by the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa District Assembly in collaboration with the District Secretariat of the National Service Scheme at Breman Asikuma for personnel posted to the district and teaching assistants engaged under the youth employment programme.He urged them to work harder towards the development of the district and the country, adding that, it was through hard work that productivity could be increased,
     The DCE told them that during their stay in the communities they would be facing some problems and hardship and said this should not deter them from giving up their best.Mr. John Armah of the District Education Office, advised the participants to disciplined and obedient to their superiors.Mr. Isaac Kofi Baidoo, AOB District National Service Co-ordinator, had earlier took the participants through topics including posting formalities, allowance, mechanics of service personnel period and job descriptions.
